• Overview:
  The CS004G is a 150 mm (5-7/8″) cordless metal cutter powered by a 40Vmax XGT Li-Ion battery. This tool delivers higher power output and a wider constant-speed control range than our 18 V model, enabling smooth cutting even under heavy load. The compact and lightweight design reduces fatigue during extended use.
• Active Feedback sensing Technology (AFT) stops the motor when a sudden drop in rotation speed is detected, helping to reduce reaction force caused by kickback.
• Approx. 20% higher cutting efficiency than our 18 V model when cutting 34 mm diameter carbon steel pipe.
• Maximum cutting capacity of 57.5 mm (2-1/4″) at 0° bevel
• Twin LED job lights with preglow and afterglow functions improve visibility in dark work areas.
• Supports cutting of wood, plasterboard, and other materials by installing a suitable TCT saw blade and replacing the dust cap with the optional dust cap for connection to a vacuum cleaner.
